Partner program questions
How much commission do I earn?
You earn recurring commission on the monthly recurring revenue, excluding VAT, of each customer you refer, for as long as they remain a paying customer. The exact terms are set in the partner agreement we share after your application.
How is commission tracked and paid?
Every referral is registered to you as a partner and confirmed by us. Commission is calculated on the invoices your referred customers have actually paid; the payout schedule and method are set out in your partner agreement.
Who can become a partner?
MSPs, resellers and consultants who advise or serve businesses that need to keep track of expiry dates. Send an application and we will let you know whether it is a fit. This is a partner program for businesses, not a customer referral scheme.
What counts as a referral?
A lead you introduce, registered to you, that then becomes a paying ExpiryKit customer. A trial on its own does not count; commission starts once the customer pays for a plan.
How long does the commission run?
For as long as the customer stays. There is no end date while they remain a paying customer; the details are set in your partner agreement.
